PTO Board Structure
Over the last few months, we spent time researching how other PTOs in the area as well as across the country were structured. As a result of this research and with the overall goal to create a sustainable, self-sufficient model that allows us to create even more fun and amazing experiences for the children, parents and staff at Milltown, we are making the following changes:
· Executive Board will be reduced to 7 voting positions and will be a governing body rather than focused on planning and executing events
